Whats The Deal With Our Tires?
Back in August i bought brand new Fuzion ZR1 tires 17x9
when i payed for them the salesman told me that there was NO warranty on the tires because of the size of the tires. Is this true for everyone or was it just specific shops?

I think that you have a dealer problem - I have a non-WS6 T/A and I bought Fuzions from a large Internet retailer. I purchased a road hazard warranty from them - good thing too, since I've already had 3 out of 4 tires replaced from road hazards such a nails, etc.!! They reimbursed me for the replacement tires without any hassles, but I had to pay for the mounting and balancing. Note that I purchased the road hazard warrantee - I don't think that any manufacturer gives you that for free anymore, but in my case it was well worth it.

when u get tires i say u get the road hazard warranty. its way worth it in the end. paying another 80 bucks or so will be way better then paying for another 200 dollar tire!! i'm not no rocket scientist but i think it makes sense

No Z rated tires have treadwear warranties, i.e. a normal 215/50/16 Goodyear GS tire for a Toyota has a treadwear warranty of 50,000 miles or 5 years. These serve much more as indicators of the expected tread life, as any time you wear them quicker, there'll be a clause that prevents them from being covered. Z rated tires have no warranties because there is a wide variety of factors that effect the tread life.
When purchased through a tire distributor, all tires can be covered by hazzard pollicies. These two types of warranty are completely different. She's baaaaaccccck...
