Offset will depend on the wheel.

    Bolt pattern is 5x4.75

    exactly...
the 5x4.75 is also known as 5x120.65
Note that it's different than 5x120
Offset, stock offset is +50mm... depending on the width of the wheel, you have some play on the offset.

So would I be able to run a 17x9 with backspacing 6 and +24 offset?

backspacing is never used anymore (old--school).. you can find it w/ the offset anyways.
the +24mm offset makes the wheel stick out 1" more relative to the stock 17x9" wheels... that's the only difference... so it will fit nicely, both in the front and rear.
the rear will give you the same look as the 17x11 +50mm people put in the back, without the extra 2" on the inside part... you might have to roll the fenders a bit, depending on your PHR.

some ppl do it with a bat, leveraging on the tire... just take your time and do it slow.
