What rims

Hey Guys,

I have a 2000 WS6 navy nlue metallic. My stock chrome 17x9 WS6 rims have finally given out, are cracking, and no longer holding air.

I am looking for ideas for new rims. I am leaning toward black or dark rim that are aggressive looking and are 17x9. I also do not know the going price range for rims, but do not want to put a small fortune into them.

So give me your ideas and pictures are great.

i dnt have a T/A i cant post pics.. but i have seen cars like yours with corvette rims in black they look sick..
your best choice will be vette rims if you dnt wanna spend alot,,
do you have any rims in mind?

I had black rims in mind, (98maro-I looked at some of the corvette rims and that is most likely what I will do in black) and the link you gave me (c5z28) was just what I needed. I think I will have some new rims a about two months.

Have you looked at black with chrome lip? I like those MUCH better than all black, dunno if you've considered that or not...

If you have on mind black corvette rims. I would go for C5 Zo6 rims all black. To me those are the best design rims on corvettes
Other choice to me would me ZR1s black with the Crome lip.
But I think all black look better.

I was looking at the return policy for the OEM website and I just wanted to make sure if I get 17x9 rims they would be a direct fit and not need any modifications?

By the size they should fit with no modifications.

After looking at several pictures of NBM transams with black rims I decided that black may be to much. So I am going with Z06 gun metal gray with the chrome lip. They are 17x9 with is size I an running now. I just wanted to be sure since if the tire guy marks them up and they dont fit I can not return them . Well you know what they say about opinions....

But mine is that these wheels are quite possibly the ugliest wheel you can put on a FBody, especially a Bird. If you want to ruin the look of your car, these are your wheels.
