    vredestein tires

Anyone running 315/35/17 Vredestein tires on the rear? I was wondering if they would fit on a lowered car? I seen somewhere that they are a pretty wide tire. They looked fat.
I have 11x17 rims. I seen that the the tires are 12" wide. The looked ballooned out. Any truth to that? I don't want to get these tires and they won't fit.

No, I have the 315's Vredesteins on the back of my Camaro and it is lowered. Firebirds have more room so you should have no problem. They are not really balloned, but fat.

You will not regret these tires.

I had seriously considered these a bit ago but, then got the Nitto 555 in the 315s.

Let me know how they turn out and take some pics. These tires are very new here in the states and just now making their debut.

I just did some spirited driving today on my Vredesteins. These things are incredible! They channel the water so well. I did not feel one bit of hydroplain. I also did some pretty aggressive acceleration at about a little over a 1/4 throttle through the gears and they stayed planted. Breaking was also excellent.
