factory size tire on it. What i need to know is can i put 17/11 on the rear
and what size tire will i need to buy. will i have any issues with the tire
rubbing on the fender or the tire hitting the body on the inside.
can anyone can help me figure this thank you.

You could use a 315/35 on the 17x11 and there shouldn't be any problems.
My 18's are 10" wide with plenty of room and I plan on going to a wider.

    hi friendly canuck !!!
if you go 17x9(f) and 17x11(r), I would recommend 275/40-17 (stock size) for the front and 315/35-17 in the rear.
The overall diameter is identical on both sizes...

Also, in case you might consider it, you can also go w/ 17x11 on all corners if you wish. Fronts will be plug + play... rears might need a bit of massage therapy on the inner fender and a PHR to make sure the rear-end is centered.

ps: I merged both your threads here to make life simpler.

17x11's with 315/35-17's in the rear. The car is also lowered with an Eibach Pro Kit. I had to roll the rear inner fender wells for proper fitment.

If you aren't lowered, you should be fine. If you are lowered, then you will need at least some of the following: adjustable panhard bar, rolled fender lip, "BFH" mod on inner fender, cut-off bump-stop mount...

I've run the 315 Nittos (which fit fine) and the 315 GSD-3's (which are a *lot* wider and required a lot of "massaging")....

Thanks! I really like how the Pro-Kit rides. No Complaints. I don't have Koni's (although I wish I did). I have Bilstiens for now. I have been throwing around a couple ideas but haven't made up my mind yet.

SINISTER-TA badass looking car! How do the Nitto tires that you have on it handle on the highways? I'm looking to getting the same set up as you but I have stock suspension so I won't need to adjust anything, right? Thanks

    Thanks man.

I actually don't have Nitto's on the rear yet. I plan on getting some in the near future. When I originally installed the 315's (when the car was at stock ride height), I didn't have to do anything. They went on with no issues. When I lowered it though, I had to roll the inner fender wells to keep the tires from rubbing.

Yeah, just like everyone on here said the TT2'S in 17x11 on the rear with 315/35's wont rub if your not dropped. These rims have the perfect offset so they dont rub. Some other rims the same size dont have the same offset and you need a wheel spacer to move them out a bit. Also good points about the tire brands and sizing some have a different footprint even though there the same size. The Nittos will be great, also a good cheaper option is the BFG kdw2 thats what i had on my 11's.
