Is There A Break-In Period For Nitto 555r?

I just bought a set of Nitto 315/35/17 555r's and this will be my first Drag Radial. Well I was wondering is there any kind of break in period or heat cycle I need to know about or do?

Pretty sure it needs to be heat cycled. If you go to discounttire website (Can't give you a better link then that due to not being sponsors ) And they usually heat cycle them for a small fee. I'm almost 100% positive.

Yeah I know I see that but the thing is, is that I didn't see anything about Heat Cycling when I got ready to order them.. So I went ahead and bought them. Is there another way I can Heat Cycle them or get them Heat Cycled?

do a 5 second burnout at the track and have fun by the time you come back around to stage tire should cool of enough.
at the track not the street so to heat the tire even.

some one has a better way post it please

I asked this same question myself when I bought my 1st NEW set of 555R's 5 months ago. I called Nitto (since they have a local office), and they said the tires come shipped from the manufacturer already heat cycled. Huge relief!

    There you go!

    They suck at the track

Hook pretty well on the street though with the mileage you get out of them.
