slicks???
Anybody here have experience with street legal slicks?
It doesn't rain during the summer here, so I'm considering picking up a pair of street slicks for the rear. I'm definately gonna pick up a pair of drag slicks so I can get before and after ET's (after modding). If street legals are just as good I'll get those instead and save some money.

those are serrrrious slicks mr. luos. AND there street legal...
-gonna' get myself some of them.
As for longevity, I'm figuring about four months (2,000 +/- miles) on a set isn't too much to expect.
thanks guys!

oh yeah, Mr. Luos; what rim size are you going with, and is the aspect ratio of the tire gonna throw off your speedo?

3-4K, thats what I hoped for.
How about your speedo? I know that the bigger the sidewall (aspect ratio) the better I'll hook up, but as I am going to keep them on the car I'd rather have a setup that won't affect the seedometer.
Thanks for all the help guys!
