Photoshop help please

Okay this is Big GTOOOO's wheels set up. I am powder coating my stock 18's here soon. I was wondering it somebody could make the black part smoked chrome (if not just leave it black) and make the polished part IBM. I am trying to decide between

Option 1: Smoked chrome spokes / polished dish and lip

Option 2: Smoked chrome spoked / IBM dish and lip

If somebody could do those two options it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. IBM is the car color in the pictures just in case somebody doesn't realize the acronym
