    new rim questions

hey guys, looking to put some new wheels and tires on my camaro. I have a 2002 camaro z28. I want to get the weld prostars with some mickey thompson street legal slicks put on. I have been doing some research and notice that some guys are having trouble with the rim rubbing against the calipers. Some guys that I have been talking to are mentioning something about a spacer of some sort. I would like to get 15x10's possibly 15x12's in the back and not sure how wide to go in front. I dont want anything too skinny on the front but something that will make the car look good. any tips on how to make the wheels and tires work with out messing anything up on my car. also I want to make sure I get the correct demensions for the lug nuts when I order the wheels and tires. thanks

those are odd rim sizes, short and wide, 10's on the front is gonna be pretty damn wide, factory is like 16X8, i have 17X9.5 all the way around.

I don't think you'll be able to turn with 10's on the front.

I think it depends on his tire choice, a 10 inch rim should fit, but he'd have to keep his tire size down to like 255, i run 235's and im cutting it pretty close. And in that event, a 10inch rim isnt necessary, he could go with an 8 or a 9

No no no I am saying that I want to either put 10's or 12's on the back, on the front I was wondering what is a good size. I dont want to put 10's on the front I have 8's now but I want to go skinnier. I'm thinking 6's but nothing too skinny. Also I was asking about the inside rim rubbing. I've seen and heard guys saying they have problems with the caliper rubbing the inside of the wheel. Is there a way to stop that from happening or do I just have to go with a bigger wheel size? Any suggestions? Thanks!
