    Need Tire Recommendation

Need some ideas for new tires. Sticking with OEM rims for '02 Z28, 16". Current rubber is Bridgetone 245/50/16 Potenzas. Purpose and use: general driving and highway cruising. No drag racing. Think I need an all season performance tire. Live in rainy area and want good traction. Price is secondary concern. Safety more important. Ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have to go with the Fuzions. Performance every day tire with good treadwear and great price.

I'm running the HRi's myself. They are considered a sports all-weather tire.

Goodyear GS-D3s are great for wet or dry.
'01 BMW 330ci: Race it in a modified class in BMW CCA Club Racing and NASA endurance races.
'04 Lincoln LS V8 Sport: Stock.
'04 Mustang Cobra coupe (white/gray): Modified.

I used the Fuzion ZRi's on my TA. I was really happy with the traction up until I got through about 50% of the tread wear (probably around 16,000-17,000 miles). I seemed to have lost a bit of grip at this point. Enough so that I could tell on a daily driver. I then managed to bend a rim (not due to not enough traction of the ZRi's. I just ran over something in the road).

I then went from the stock 16" rim to a 17" rim. Since I needed new tires, I went with the BFG g-Force Sports. So far I like them a lot. But I don't have a whole lot of miles on them yet. Maybe about 6-7,000.

I with you on this one. Loved my ZRi's for the first 12K or so. Now I loathe them. And they suck in rain, at least now (we don't get much weather).

Thanks for ideas--leaning towards Goodyear, Bridgestone, Michelin at this point.

How do the KDWS compare to the Gforce Super Sport all seasons?
