Need info on modular wheel disassembly

Ok so i have a set of IForged Senekas and there are some imperfections with the chrome, one wheel in particular. They are 3 piece wheels and i've done some research but wanted to see what others thought on the subject.
Have plans to have them done with a black chrome finish, if not that then i'll just have them re-chromed.

I know the tires will have to be dismounted and i will need new fastening hardware, I also read on another site that the bolts should be torqued to 27 ft/lbs, not sure how accurate this is. From what i have read the centers are pressed into the barrel but i don't know for sure.

No rush on this project but I want to get as much info as i can on this.

I know this is not much help and may not apply to your brand but my HRE 3 piece rims had what looked to me like a silicone sealant applied to the inside center or a little off center not the face of the rim with tire removed i know this because when i had my tires replaced the tire tech punctured the seal and i had to send it back to HRE for repair i also know they replaced not re-used all the fastening hardware my HRE 545s look similar to yours
