Might buy rims, will this work?

Looking to buy this guy's rims:

my car is lowered w/ strano springs and koni shocks...

    they are:
    *295/35 18
    *275/40 17

will these fit with no rubbing?

(i know everyone asks will it fit, i did a quick couple searches and couldnt find anything)

    thanks

It totally depends on the wheel offset.

unfortunately the guy doesnt know much about the rims..

so whatever, i'll measure it in person tomorrow

as i understand it, it will work as follows:
lets say its a 10" rim (probly isnt if it has 295s on it):
    *38mm-54mm offset

lets say its a 10.5" rim (more likely):
*50mm-53mm offset, any larger needs BFH mod....

but who knows, my car is lowered an inch so maybe this isnt correct...

5/16" spacers(+ARP wheel studs), or BFH mod with the possiblity of still needing some thin spacers.
