    Lowered with a 28" tire?

I'm planning on lowering my ws6 with Strano springs and I drive it on the street with the stock rims and tires. But at the track I use a 28" tall slick and on stock springs they fit but are very close to rubbing. I am not sure if I should lower the car or if I would not be able to use my slicks, so does anyone have their car lowered and run a tire that is roughly the same size with any problems? Or what was needed to be done to make it work?

I am sure mine would have fit 28" tires if I had wanted too.
Just never got around to it.

    Strano springs.

Thats what Im hoping, my front springs are saggin but the rear still sits pretty high so I want to make it look a little better but if it hinders me from racing then I can't do it lol. I do have an airbag in the passenger coil spring but I wasn't sure if it would lift it enough to make these fit even if I got another air bag. Thanks Luos

I have 335/30-19 in the back which is a hair under 27" and I have sportline springs which are almost a 2" drop. I only rub on the outer fender edge because my wheels are so wide but I still have room in the wheel well. I'd think a 28" tire would be fine. it depends also on the width of the tire and the offset of the wheel as well on where it's going to rub.

The tire is about 10" wide so it isnt huge. I also have v6 camaro 16's on it so I dont know what the offset is. I have adj lca's and phb so I can center the tire better in the wheel well too.
