Can't decide what color of Z06 rims to choose

I have a black car and can't decide on whether to get solid black, solid chrome, or black with a polished lip. As soon as I think I've decided on a color, I have second thoughts. I am really leaning towards all black, but it just seems like too much black. What do you guys think?

Either get chrome or black with a polished lip. All black with a black car doesn't work well, too much black.

Are these C5 Z06 wheels?

If so, I say none.

Just my .02, but I think those wheels look HORRIBLE on T/A's.

If you MUST get them, I agree with Y2KPewter - Chrome, or black/polished lip.

if your cars not blacked out all to hell i.e. 5% tint, blacked out taillights blinkers etc., i would go with the chrome, just mo. If you go black(w/ polished lip), you gotta go blackout!

Go with the all chrome rims...it'll be a nice contrast with your black TA & will make it stand out more than rims that are all black or black with a polished lip....

i have a black camaro and i have chrome c5z06 wheels. i think the chrome makes real nice contrast with the black, since they will be surrounded by black car and tires.... just my opinion.

If it's only between the two then I would chose the black ones.

If it were my choice with a black car I would get them in that new black chrome.

I'm buying a set of polished 18x9.5's from a friend of mine for my CETA. My black rims are getting beat up a little too fast for my liking. I'd go with black c5's if I had a choice, though.

I still can't decide. Can somebody post some pictures of C5 Z06's (black or chrome)? Preferably on a black car, but any will do.

I just found these on Ebay tonight:

I was going to just buy rims on Ebay and then get the tires locally at Discount Tire, but I priced them online and after everything is included (free replacement too), I was going to end up spending over $700 just on tires! I'd end up spending over $1300 for rims (around $600 with shipping from wheelreplicas.com) and tires, but if I buy these off of Ebay, I'd save $200+ and not have to hassle with transporting rims back and forth to Discount Tire and can just swap them myself. Those Nexen tires appear to be a decent all-weather tire for daily driving. What are you guys opinions?

Bright chrome wheels on a jet black car look awesome! All that shiny chrome in the middle of all that black really sets the car off. Go for all chrome.

I run the Z06 motorsports (black with polished lip and chrome rivets), but like solid chrome much better on black cars.
