Bogart Wheels and street use

I have a chance to buy a set of Bogart Bolted RT wheels for a pretty good price. I have been told Bogart wheels are really light and can bend easy if used on the street. I'm looking for opinion from people that run them on the street.

I'll agree -- they hardly weigh anything. If I recall, one member did bend a Bogart rim, but I don't know the circumstances. Curious also before I go do something stupid on my D10's.

i have bogart 15X10 and 15X3.5 and yes they will bend if you hit a big enough pot hole. or if you need too take a corner too fast the fronts will give. they arent made to handle the stress of the cars weight in turns.

I would likely not drive them around on the street too much.

I worry about it with the ProStars when they are on.

yea a bogart is not a good rim to drive on the street! I have friends here in the mitten who have tried it and the pot holes stop that idea in about a week

I drive very carefully on the street with my Bogarts. I take turns slower than I normally would and avoid bumps/potholes like the plague.
