where to look for black rims maybe 18' zo6 with no rivets?

I would check ebay, ocasionally they have black non-motorsport z06's.

I checked tomz wheels and lakeshore wheels but they dont have that specific type.

"non-motorsport" to my knowlege, just means that it dosent have rivets... I think.

found some at tomz 18'x9.5 center caps,stems and lugs $609 plus ship. good price? i can get a set of nitto 555 at 245/40/18 with about 80% tread left for free will the tire look odd on 9.5' rim?

yes those tires will be too narrow and look horrible (on the not so good looking black wheels, imo). you would want at minimum a 275 for all the tires to be used on a 9" rim. the wider tread will also help to protect the rim lip should you like to go 'curbing' every now and then...
