    I have never seen a company producing them, I have always thought the black chroming was done by secondary sources.

    wheelindex on ebay used to carry them a few months ago. . .18" x 9.5" were only $600 a set too . . But now they're not listed.

    I paid $200/wheel to re-chrome and then an additional $100/wheel to black chrome.

    They make a black chrome powder...... not quite as durable as real chrome, but MUCH cheaper
