any body have the BF Goodrich g-force T/A KDW-2's on their car? What do you think of them? I was thinking about getting them on 17 inch rims 9.5 in front 11 in back, what do you think?

i don't know much about tire sizing, so what size do you guys think would look good? You know fairly low profile sidewall, but not crazy small.

According to the Tire Rack site, the KDW2 isn't available in the sizes that you will need for the rims that you mentioned. The largest 17 inch tire size offered in that model appears to be 255/40-17

    My suggestions:
    A 275/40-17 size tire will fit nicely on a 17 x 9.5 rim.
A 315/35-17 size tire is the right size for the 17 x 11 rim.

One other thing to consider, the sizes I mentioned above have the proper outside diameter for a Camaro/Firebird, which is 25.7 inches. Any diameter significantly above or below that number could cause inaccurate speedometer readings.

what tires would you recommend then?

how much backspacing should i get on those rims to keep them from hanging out too far?

I have the other BFG KDWs (KDW1 I guess) in 275/40/17s all the way around. They grip and look real good.
