17x(x) Help Please
Ok here is the deal. I am looking at getting new rims. But want at least a 10 inch out back so i can run 315's.
Can you guys post up what rims are out there that will fit our cars, be a 17 inch rim and can handle 315's?
I know zr1's will work but i want to be alittle bit different then the rest. Not looking to spend 3k either.

Millienum Yellow- 2003 Corvette Z06
i was running 17x10 Boyd Coddintons Smoothie II's on my TA with 295 all four corners, you can do 315's but you will need to BFH mod to the inner fender wells on the rear IIRC.. there are tons of rims that will fit the F-Body the bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75" (aka 5 x 120.65mm) and the correct backspacing when ordered tell them year and make of car should be easy enough to determine the backspacing

There is a seller on ebay called OE Wheels that have a good selection of wheels. I personally like the staggered setup of 18's in the rear and 17's up front. With this option, you will find plenty of rear wheel widths in a 10.5 inch setup. I like the 10.5 wheels better than the 11's because it won't cause the problems like rubbing that the 11's will cause. Because of this, you may have to do some modifications like grinding off part of the bumpstop or slightly rolling the inner fenders for clearance when going with the 11's. With the 10.5's you may not need to do this (just make sure the offset is 56mm). Plus you can still fit 315's on a 10.5" wheel. The minus is that 18" tires cost a lot more than 17's. Another thing, although I love the look of chrome, I will not buy aftermarket chrome wheels as the chrome quality is questionable. Good luck in your endeavors and keep us posted on what you decide.

if you follow the link in my signature, you can see that you can fit 17x12 on all corners w/ 335s as well.

I have oem ZR1 wheels 17x11 rear and 17x9.5 front. They will fit TA's with t-top no problem with no spacer. On Camaro's you will need a spacer and if you have a convertible they wont fit.
