Tint
I am way over the legal limit when it comes to tint. This is how I bought the car and I sure hope a cop never says anything. I was wondering if any of you have ever had a problem with the cops and tint.

Oh jeez, that'd tick me off. Luckily I don't drive mine unless it's the weekend. At least that cuts down my chances.

unless you have a DR s note due to your eyes your screwed casue i think in all states that on DRVs and Pass windows cant have any tine what soo ever on. in detroit they dont really care bc "its detroit" but i guess it just matters where you live. and most of the time if you do get a ticket, its waiveable if you show that it was removed.

http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/NE/ According to this site we can't use a script to use special tint, but it doesn't specify if we can have darker tint in our state.

wow im surprized that other states allow tint. in michigan you can olny tint 4" from the top only. LOL well i rather have some dumb tint law then emmisions checks.
Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows Any darkness can be applied 4" inches from the top of the window.

I think sometimes, like my car was, if the tint is a silver or chrome, it is easier for the cops to pass it up. And what percentage do you all think mine is in this pic? The back window was a tint darker

My limo tint is just now starting to peel. Installed 5 years ago. Ugh. No biggie, but a headache nonetheless.
