I've seen pics on the forum of it done and it looks way better, IMO. Of course it takes some time to do it right, but it is cheaper than buying new lenses.

I wouldn't recommend the clip on ones because people can just take those off.

VHT Niteshade will black your taillights out in a second. Be ready to be fucked if you get pulled over though! I am unsure of Or. laws but I know here in Utahland, they don't like tinted taillights too much, t'was only a 40$ ticket though that was reversed when I took the car into the station after I had taken off the covers.

Well that's the difference between VHT and Covers. The covers will dim the light that comes through. VHT does not dim it. When the light is on it is just as visible if the spray wasn't on there.

I like the covers and to pull them of you need the hatch open, and loosen the tail light nuts a little bit, Other wise you will snap the clips off and they will be useless.

covers are nice......but if u take emoff ur tail lights are fucked....they get warped.........My first z28 had the fcked up tail lights........ANd i put these covers on the tail lights of my new z28 and within 3 days the tail lights were warped.....I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GETTING THE COVERS UNLESS U PLAN ON NEVER CHANGING BACK!!!!
