Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
Thank god someone was thinking. That has been my biggest issue with the new Camaro, lack of t-tops. I hope they make it work.

Lots of people seem to be interested, wonder how much something like that would cost.

they've all had except they 1st gen why not have them on the 5th some people don't want a rag top and don't like the sun roof the t-tops are perfect i think they should be an option from factory

I seldom remove my t-tops unless heading out on a longer trip. I open the moonroof in our other cars all the time. Its not like it takes long to remove and reinstall but its so much easier to press a button to open and close a roof. I think open t-tops on a 5th Gen would enhance the looks but if I was filling out an option sheet at the dealer for my order the moonroof would get the checkmark. Don't get your hopes up too high of GM bringing back t-tops, there was a reason they went with a moonroof in the first place.

Light Pewter Metallic- 2001 Camaro SS
i'm not sure how this is going to look. i think its going to look weird on the 5th gen. i cant imagine seeing one in person driving down the road with TTops.

I'd buy a SS if you could gget ttops installed. I used 2010 SS of course since I think GM overpriced them new. Can't wait to see it done. Right now I was looking for a 02 SS 6spd to park next to my TA soon as I finish my 93 5.0 vert. and sell it.

Its all preference in the end but when i had my 01 SS i hardly ever removed the ttops and this is why i chose to get a hard top car this time.
