Side molding removed on T/A's?
I was wondering if people who have removed the side molding on your T/A could post up pictures from many views (mainly side views and a 3/4 shot from the front). Trying to decide what route to go.

Floss and Goo Gone. I also used a heat gun to warm the tape. You don't have to cut all the way down the tape. Just cut enough to get ahold of the trim piece and then pull it back slowly.
Just make sure to clean and wax afterwards.

Man, your car looks sick! Those wheels look killer on there, and perfect stance!
The molding delete looks good too, but I hate to do it on mine. I DD it and I already worry like crazy about door dings. The car miraculously doesn't have any yet, and I'm trying to keep it that way.

StuntmanMike Think about it this way. The only use that the factory door ding trim has is to keep you from damaging your door if you park too close to something. There is no way that it will keep you from getting one from the other vehicles on the road considering the trim is only a foot off the ground. The majority of the vehicles out there will probably hit your car about another 8 - 12 inches above that.
Just make sure you park in the back of the parking lot. More than likely no one will park nect to you, but it never fails. You could be the only car on the lot and have parked 300+ feet from the door to the building and the next person that comes will park right next to you.

Trust me, I'm completely anal about where I park. If I don't park out in the middle of nowhere in the lot, I try to take an end space, and park as close to the outside end as I can, leaving at least a 4 foot gap between my car and the one next to it.
But come to think of it you're right, that trim is really low. Maybe I'll get rid of it after all.
