RK Sport Billet Grill Question
I have a 99 Camaro and I just bought a billet grill off ebay from RK Sport that was taken off a vehicle after a photo shoot for $35.00 but it comes without any mounting hardware. So my question is what is needed to mount the grill, and does it mount over my existing stock grill? Heres the grill http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

huh, I saw that on ebay the other day, nice looking grill. Mine is a similiar grill, and to mount it I pulled the existing grill out, then screwed the new one in its place. Once you get your current grill off, it'll make sense. Hopefully someone can chime in on how to take the current grill out, I'm inclined to say it just pulled out, but it's been awhile.

It should take you a total of about 10 minutes to pull off the factory grill, and screw in the new one...its pretty simple actually. If the stock grill doesnt want to come out, just try tugging on it a little. It should pop right out..

if it is the flimsy black grille that says camaro on it and has 3 slots on each side then it pretty much gets snatched off, GENTLY and with care. I took one off of my old v6 and it was easy. there are some holes with clips behind them and some holes without, but pick a side and slowly pull straight out.
also I have the same grill you just bought, its sitting in the closet and it just has a set of screws so you'll be good, just pick some small ones that happen to be just big enough to hold a grill on and you'll be good
