When you take them off you prob notice your paint that didn't have stickers on it has faded some.

When ever I pulled sticks off, I just used my thumb nail to get it started and alcohol to clean it up. If you are having trouble that way you can heat it up a little with a hair dryer. That will make the glue softer.

Bumper Sticker remover in a can. You can get it from any autoparts store. Spray the hell out of it and peel it back.

    Wash your car well afterwards.

Ok never triend bumper sticker remover in a can but I will try it. last on I used a plactic razor blade, looks like a regular razor blade but it's plastic and doesn't scratch. Also 3M makes a great adhesive remover, both you can get at any auto paint store. Usually a store that sells Dupont or PPG has it in stock. Hair dryer is also helpful, heat guns can damage your paint if you don't know what your doing.
Definately wash your car after and another good idea id have it buffed by a good profesional and then usually color sand and buff it to where you don't notice where the sticker were.

Heat gun will do it as well. Heat a corner and start peeling and rolling while heating the section. That's how I got mine off
