Ok this is a question to help me think out loud. I have built a body kit for my TA out of fiberglass. My question is how would you take the existing bumper and make a Polyurethane replica? I'm talking old bumper along with new fiberglass ground affects all into one Polyurethane piece.
First Idea was large box. Put bumper in box. Next add plaster. Left with Negative mold.
Second Idea large box (air tight) bumper inside cover with fiberglass or something and suck air out to reach desired form. Then cover in Polyurethane.
Both have issues like how clean will it be as far as the details in the front bumper and things like the side reflectors. bla Bla BLa BLA. Trackin?
