Peeling off my tints and doing it again ... sigh
Well I gave it 2 weeks. Sometimes it looks ok but I new I wasnt happy the moment I laid eyes on it. Did the solarguard charcoal hybrid metal film in 22% i think it was. Going in on monday to peel it and do 35% . I'm fairly + it'll make me happy. the 22 is just too dark in 99% of situations unless you are on your knees looking up through the windows and/or looking through the window through the windshield. anytime you look through both side windows or through a side/back window it looks like 5%.
I'll post lots of before after pics. Part of me is saying peel it and leave it clean.
here's 2 pics of the before/after 22%
what do you guys think? I do not like black tints period. I like clean oem style stuff. For some reason no tints looks 'clean' to me and much nicer although I do want some privacy but still be easily be able to see inside.

Navy Blue Metallic- 98 T/A w/ mods, 00 FBVert
I have 20% on the rear and 30% on the sides. Gives me enough tint that it cools the car off and gives some privacy but not dark enough that at night I can still see through the windows if they are up. And it gives me an appearence of being legal. Al has a 30% rule all around, but no one checks.

I like tint cause it keeps the car cooler and the sun off the leather, no darker than %20 tho or it looks ghetto imo.

Well I just got it done and all I can say is YESSSS !!!!! I love it !!!!!!!
went from 22% to 32% and the difference is slight but enough that it's Exactly what I wanted in the first place. It still looks pretty dark I'd say at a glance most people may not even notice the difference but now you can see through the glass slightly and not be looking at a reflection of yourself or the sky. It looks more OEM - like and I love it !!
Pics to come when my battery charges up !!!
