Ok, great. I was going to try and pull them apart but when it didn't budge, I had a second thought and didn't want to tear something up. So if/when I do headers is there some bypass that will keep the SE light from tripping? Thanks for that info...

nah it should come apart just fine....

but yea when you do headers, you have two options, you can get headers with emissions provisions, or you can remove the system and when you have someone tune your car, (which will be highly recommended) they can remove that system from the PCM and it will not throw a code....

I painted my washer resevoir. It just kinda disappears and blends in, so you don't really notice it.

    Glad i did it.

I had the headlights, the bumper support, lid and base off to paint them already. So I just cleaned the resevoir off and sprayed it in place when I was spraying the rest of the engine bay. It was kind of an afterthought when i was spraying everything else and it is pretty much out of sight so I wasn't overly concerned with putting too much prep into it.

Great thread! I just painted mine and it gave me the idea to move on through to paint other parts. Thanks for the idea!
