New front grille for My SS

What would yall think about this grille for my SS, i'm gonna finally get rid of my ugly front plate and put this bad boy on:

here's my car:

Also what do you think about a price of $241.00 shipped, from lmperformance
i think its a good deal.

the picture of the grille is small but its the SLP one with the polished lookin black plastic with the SS outlined in silver

also, how hard is this to install, it just kinda pushes in and clips to the bumper right?

afterthoughts has it for $267 so $241 is cool, this is the one im getting.

yea i dont have any red on my car so i have to go with the silver outline, but red will look nice on a black car. i'd go with lmperformance if ur gonna buy it, i've done business with them before and they're good, plus they're the cheapest i could find

8 or 10 plastic push rivets. You have to drill the holes out for them too. I can't remember the exact size drill bit you will need, but the instructions will tell you. I think your Camaro will look tits with that grill

Its not a bad install by any means, 30 minute job if that.

You will have to use a larger bit than what they call for, I caught hell with the 1/4" they said to use, so I think I went to 5/16" and it went together alot easier. BTW, I removed the entire front cap, not too bad to remove, for the hell of it and I did alot of cleaning on the edges and what nots. Good luck with the install, I am very happy on how mine turned out.

well in Ct we're supposed to have front plates, but i know a lot of people that dont have front plates and dont get harassed, but with my luck i'll get a ticket for it soon after i install it

No front plate 4 me either, no ticket yet... even tho i've been pulled over 4 other things (warnings) no ticket... (knock on wood).

I can't say the same.. I ordered mine new and the dealership told me by our state law they had to put a front license plate bracket on the car before they gave it to me. Gotta love Virginia.. well anyways I put the front nose piece that was glossy black and has the SS emblem in it.. I think it was like a $300 dollar option. Now why the fuck would I put a damn bracket over the top of what I just paid extra to show off.. So I told the guy if he put a bracket on there I wouldn't buy the car.. long story short My nose piece is intact without a license plate bracket.. and I have gone 6 good years only being pulled twice for it .. up until this year .. lol I've been to court two times this year alone about it.

It's worth it though I see it as defacing or devaluing the car...
