Motor/Engine Bay Upgrades
Well, in the next week or two I'm goin to be over hauling my engine bay while doing some upgrades . I'll be ordering a new oil pump because oil pressure is too low for my comfort. 40psi start up/cold & about 20psi hot. I'm gonna be getting the Melling hv/hp #10296. While I have everything apart I'im going to go ahead and install my Meziere electric water pump ( blue ) and my Be Cool radiator ( car runs 200-210 hwy w/ac on and 210-220+ around town w/ ac on ). Also while everything is apart I'll be upgrading my engine bay cosmetics. I'll wash/paint/clear the engine bay. paint the STB body color or gloss black. The valve covers, coil brackets & timing chain cover will be getting powdercoated gloss black. I might paint the intake gloss black also. next, everything will be reassembled with 12pt ARP SS hardware. New intake bolts, throttle body bolts, valve cover bolts, coil bracket bolts, timing chain cover bolts and water pump bolts, all stainless steel 12pt. Next on the list is to install my ceramic coated Kooks 1 7/8 LT's with ARP SS header Studs, which i have, but I just need to save for TxSpd dual kit with DynoMaxx Bullets dumped. THEN ( lol ) I plan on a set of fabbed valve covers and a coil relocation, but thats after I get a fabbed 9". Ill have to get a picture up of my interior put back together ( Since my mini tub ) and my Auto Meter Cobalt guages installed on the a-pillar. water temp, oil press and wideband. Soo much to do soo little time and even less money to do it lol
My plans for the car are serious SHovV & serious GO, while still maintaining a truly daily drivable aspect, appearance and comfort

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
Everything sounds good, but I will save you a tad bit of money. Don't waste your time powdercoating the timing chain cover, I picked up an extra one and had the same thing planned, only to realize you never see it with the water pump etc. blocking it.

the engine bay project is gonna have to be put on hold for a little bit. i had to take my wife to the doctor, then to the ER as she was having gallbladder complications. she is fine now, but we had to dip into my car money to cover bills. oh well
