    LT1 HID Options?

So I'm inquiring into getting some HID's for my car but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for exactly, would some knowledgable people step in and educate me please?

I'm looking the overall best quality of light I can get w/o shelling out a lot of $$, they don't necessarily have to be "the real deal" - just looking for that cleaner look w/ better visibility which is always a plus.

    So I'm open to suggestions!

I think this might actually be in the wrong forum, if any mod sees this and wants to move it feel free!

Was looking at some of the vendors at the NY. Auto show, going to head out there next week end, but I found this. Don’t know if it will help much but it might be a start?

Go to www.eurolights.com and get a set of sealed beam conversions for your car. mine was like 80 dollars I think yours are differant though.Next go to ebay motors and do a search for a seller called hidking buy the hid kit that fits the sealed beam kit. He sells kits for around 105 w/shipping and they are good quality. I will be happy to help with any more questions you may have.

I'm on their page for Camaro/Firebird and I'm not sure if I need low beams or high beams? As stupid as that sounds, the LT1's only have slots in their flip-up lights for a single light, so which of the two should I get?

I was looking on ebay and there is a conversion set for 30 dollars and 17 for shipping and that is probably cheaper than eurolights. The kit for your car has one light per side and the bulbs have two filliments each one for low beam and one for high beams. This means the hid kit will cost more money you can look it up under hidking the kit you want is h4. Go to ebay / motors and searh for firebird headlight and look through the pages and you will find the diamond euro kit. Hope this helps.
