How do i clean/what do i use

What do i use to clean the black areas around my head lights, ive tryed alot of stuff and nothing seems to work too well, does anyone else have a suggestion?

I have a 95 Z-28.

Are you talking about the rubber or the black housing?

you can use this its what i use and works great on the inside of the car and outside. you can even use it on the sail panels and even on the upper cowl. makes the inside look brand new and actually lasts.
