i want new headlights but dont know of any good ones ive seen the halo ones on ebay but i kinda think the look ricerish................ any alterternatives or suggestions... i already have done the whistler mod but it doesnt stand out that much

Someone had a good idea over at ls1tech.

Buy the black halos off ebay, then take them apart. there is an insert in the middle that you take out that has all the halo crap on it, and then once you put them back together they look pretty close to a stock whistler modded headlight, only about 3 times cheaper than buying a replacement stock light.

edit: I see you already did the whistler mod so I guess that is of no use to you. But not a bad idea for people looking for cheap headlight replacements.
