Fresh Out The Paint Shop!
Well... I finally got my car from the shop on friday evening, and unfortunately this is the first time I got to post pics... but... here they are...
Still got a few more pieces to put on... the Grill for the hood was not the right fit from RK Sport.... have to get the chrome "SS" emblems... and the SS Grille

Very, very nice. Personally I would have went with something a little more different if I was getting my car painted but I do love that color. One of my favorite stock car colors is the "Medium something something blue" or whatever its called on the Corvettes.

thanks, yeah I'm 4th in Command of the Maro Boyz. How'd you know?? And there's a lot more planned. I don't like just looking good... so I've got a lot of motor and suspension work ahead, heads, cam, rear end.... the list goes on. I wrote out a list of everything that I wanted, and I'm just checking off as I go... I have more pics of the car though... I'll post them up when I get a chance. Thanks for the compliments from everyone!!! She came out perfectly!!

Yeah I’m pretty familiar with yall cars when I see them didn’t realize which one you were till a little while ago. Your maro use to be red I think. And that one pic of you car in between the yellow and burgundy LT1’s gave it up. I want to see that blue in person looks super clean. I might be up that way during this summer a lot. Got a couple of graduations and family things to do up that way. What yall doing for the 4th of July? I know yall going to ride.

That looks damn good.
That thing needs a CME more than anything though. You should get the rear valence for it and atleast get it painted and ready.

Thanks everyone for the compliments!!! All in all, since we have a car club we get pretty good deals, with the stripe it ended up being about 2,000 total. I'm definitely getting some 19's to complete it, I was thinking about c6 rims, but I'm not sure yet... CCW's are real nice too, but I haven't decided yet... as far as the CME... that's next... probably by the end of the summer.... The shop tht painted it was S&H Auto Body here in Oakland. They also painted my friend's Camaro and I have a few others that are going to their shop in the near future.... hence the cheap price...

I love that blue, it looks great. I highly emphasize that you do CCWs and CME
I didn't see it posted earlier, so I will ask, what is the exact name of the paint color?

Beautiful car! I saw a few of your club members over at Fisherman's warf in 2004. You guys have a lot of sick F-bods in your club w/ crazy paints! I only wish we had unity like that down here in Sacramento.
Is that yellow LT1 at the top the same car from the 40/Keak video???

Thanks, what CME tips are you planning to use and which CCWs would you get?
I am leaning more and more for a blue color for my next car, which will be a Vette. That blue you chose is stunning. I really can't make up my mind if I like the darker blues like electron blue or the lighter blues more, both are nice though.
