Cool EMBLEMPROS.com will be offering Hydrographic Dip

We will be offering Hydrograhic pattern transfers ontp the parts for our cars, starting in January. We do not know pricing yet, but we have bought the equipment, and have already attended the training for the process.
Available patterns are Many carbon fiber prints in different colors, Wood patterns, Skulls, Barbed wire etc... A lot more than we would ever use.
All parts are finished with PPG clearcoat in various finishes for the Beautiful professional finish. Expect to see this applied to Some of our emblems in creative ways as well. We wil be posting some picture of other finished parts as we go. Expect to see helmets, motorcylces, ATV's golf carts, and many many car parts. Intakes, engine covers, interior parts etc......

Okay guys, here are some parts that we did in training. If you see any imperfections it is because these parts have been used about a dozen times before to train other people.

Car blank with a tan base coat getting dipped in a camo pattern:

Console bezel and A/C control cluster all in one - from what I was told, most professionals cannot get this thing done around the top lip due to the motions you need to make to get complete coverage. I got it on my 1st shot

    A door handle insert:

Here is a carbon fiber pattern that we used. It is not my favorite CF pattern they had, but it was good for training nonetheless:

    Hooker shoe:

Here is my favorite carbon fiber weave (looks sick in person) - these parts were all in the conference room so I snagged some pics for you guys.

    Up close:

    More picture in next post/

Tank dimensions are 68 x 31 x 27 deep. Plenty large enough for your parts or just about anything we would ever use it for. We can do wheels, consoles, etc..... Our paint booth is 12 feet X 14 feet.

    Thanks, Roger

    Pics of owner?

Looks cool. Have you looked into the laws of doing/shipping guns? I have an AR-15 but not sure if I can just ship it to a person.

The owner of the shoe I am not sure, but it was a shoe from a stripper.
Anyway, you can break down your gun and mail me the stock, or the main body parts you want done. I am sure this is not an issue with the post office.
We will have all patterns available on our site next week.

    Thanks, Roger

I will check with the Post Office..
I would think you need to remove all of the internal mechanisms anyway.
Anything You would not want immersed in this fluid you should remove.

Even after the training, and watching it do its job. I still cannot explain it very well. All I know is it can be done improperly, and how to not do that.
We also learned how to fix mistakes.

    It is very cool. Roger

Would be cool to see what you guys can do with rims.
Looking forward to see the pricing, any rough guesses?
You guys will probably get slammed with orders, definatly bringing a new dimension to custom interiors.

can you explain or describe how the process works? How is the image transferred onto the part?

Probably left some steps put to cover the whole process, but it will give you the idea.

Pretty amazing process, especially how it gets into all the contours with complete coverage.

We will certainly be doing wheels, that's the reason we bought the large tank. It will not be an issue.

    Thanks, Roger

    We have a Camaro, a Trans Am, a C6 available, and a 2010 Camaro.
All will be getting the deluxe treatment. Inside, and some exterior parts as well.

    Roger
