Door sticker help

I am on my 2nd driver's side door. When I wrecked my first, I received the information stickers from the body shop that replaced it (cut with sections of the door still attached).

I have scanned them and printed out new ones. I want to stick them to my new door but I don't know where they were originally placed from the factory.

Can someone take a picture of the edge of their door with the information stickers so I have a placement reference? The information can be blurred out. I just need to see where the 3 stickers go and which is which; Mfg By, Service Parts Identification, and Tire - Loading.

Come on guys. Aren't most of the members here driving LS1 powered (or LS1 generation V6) cars that will have the information I need? No one here can snap a reference picture for me?

Please help a guy out.

This is an extra label I printed and stuck on a Coke can. I submerged the can and label for almost 2 hours and the label looked as good as it did before getting wet.
