    custom interior

Ok im not sure if this is the best place to ask this question. im thinking about (just thinking) about doing a custom interior. i want to smooth out the stock interior. more of a waterfall effect. i know one of fooses cars had almost the design i want, but i couldn't find any pics online. i want more insight on what products to use. i know first start with Styrofoam, smooth out with clay, create a mold, then fiberglass. the Styrofoam i can get at lowes (big block), what type of clay should i use, just the stuff you find at a hobby or art shop or a special kind? then what can i use to create a mold. fiberglass i can do and find. thanks for the help, or a link to a walk though would be helpful.

modelers clay, i think you can get it at hobby shops.
alos at lowes or homedepot you can pick up a few cans of (great stuff) spray foam (if you use this most times you have to let it sit over night or longer to set and dry)
4" grinder works really good for shaping the foam and roughing in the fiberglass.
for a base mold you can use heavy cardboard and poster board held together with masking tape. (just to warn you the fiber glass wont completly dry where it is layed over the masking tape and will stay sticky...some reducer can clean it)

A friend of mine always lays saran wrap over his moldings before he starts laying down the fiberglass that way it separates easily and it doesn't really matter if any saran wrap gets left under it.
