    1995 Z28 w/ LS1 Swap

    Which color to paint calipers?

    Going to be going slotted rotors soon and I have a few colors in mind but cant decide on which. Would like to hear some opinions....cars below

    I'd still do back of it were me. No real need for stock calipers to stand out. Red is common but red/green=christmas and blue/green dont work that well either. Not saying it couldn't look good, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

    That being said, previous owner painted mine red and I'm going to do them black. I think cars look better with as few colors as possible. (pewter/black for me) you've already got the green/black with your wheels

    go with whatever makes you happy......I will say that IMO anything other than red looks like rice to me.

    the most important thing is that you like them....doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Yellow would go with that green nice too I think.....just not my cup of tea but like I'm saying....it's not my car.

    +1. I have had the calipers painted black on both of my camaros. The calipers on my V are silver but that is stock. On my red Z I thought about matching the red but a friend of mine said with all the break dust red will look like more black than red in a few months anyways.

    I went with black just so I dont have to clean them alot...have just spary them with the hose & still looking good...Have Trans Am stickers to put them..just havent done it...
