Camaro Ebay LED 3rd Brake Light Installed

So I decided to order the LED brake light from ebay to give it shot. It was installed on my dad's 02 Z28. It fits the Z28 spoiler just great. The quality of the plastic is decent. It has 12 LEDs on it.

This is the light that was installed. It needs to be spliced into the factory wiring. It still has the locations for the bulb locations that twist in. I kept the factory plugs to go back to stock at any time.

How much did it cost and do you know off hand if they are offered for the SS spoiler as well?

The SS 3rd brake light is already LED from the factory but I am sure you know that and are just looking for a replacement for a cracked one. Hawks Third Gen sells the replacement SLP part number one on eBay. I just ordered one a couple weeks ago. It was $50 plus $10 shipping. I tried to find it on their web site but couldn’t seem to.

Mine isn't cracked yet, but I was planning ahead for the future. $50 plus shipping isn't bad at all. Thanks for the info

Thanks for the compliments. This LED is meant for the Z28 stock spoiler. It won't fit the SS.

Unfortunately mine was cracked pretty bad

but yeah I didn’t think that was too bad either, especially for the true SLP one. If you can’t find it then pm me and I will give you their eBay name and contact info.
