which caliper color for red car
Which caliper color would look best? I'm stuck between either all red or all black. Black seems appealing because of the ease of maintenance
forgot to mention I might add the caliper decal from afterthoughtsautoLast edited by Poppn; 07-04-2008 at 09:32 PM.

IMO on these cars it looks tacky unless done right. I would do the rotors silver to start and see how it looks from there.

Silver?? That's tacky as fuck dude. Once you get some better looking wheels(sorry if these are your after market ones lol) either black or chome, hte only color I would go with it Red. Unless you have a black car then paint them black. I think the new vettes are the only cars that can pull off same colored calipers.

i know your talking about doing the calipers, but im saying IMO id leave the calipers the way they are and do the rotors silver, looks clean when the rotors dont have rust on em

I think mine look pretty damn good for a first timer. I painted with them on the car and taped everything off. I cleaned each caliper with mineral spirits, then used a rough grit, then fine grit paper to sand them, then painted 2 coats. Not showcar quality but better than nothing...

STFU?? wow
I see them everyday.... They are already silver/grey dip shit. I've also seen them PAINTED silver. They don't stand out worth a damn. Red does. If he is going to paint them he obviously wants them to STAND OUT. Silver behind silver isn't the best choice for his wheels.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
guess it depends on the rims...silver rims: red calipers. black rims, silver or red would work. I do like the polished with Red bracket though!
