Depends on how much time you want to spend on cleaning them. Now they have dual cleaning/conditioning leather cleaners (sort of like Pert Plus for your hair) made by Turtle Wax and Armor All, which is what I usually use. However, you can use a cleaner and then follow it up with a conditioner - many companies make this, Lexall, Maguires, etc. They're all pretty good.

So would a nice leather cleaner do much? My seats are in good shape, no tears or anything, but they have that nice cheap leather wrinkle thing going on. If I was to buy a good leather cleaner/conditoner would it get rid of the wrinkles, really make everything appear smooth again?

The best I have ever used - and now the only thing I use is Zaino's Leather In A Bottle. It actually smells like leather too!

The only way to clean leather, in my opinion, that works great is,
saddlesoap. I have never seen anything work better.
Well worth the time!!

I just use (and have been for a long time) Armor all leather wipes, it's quick and easy and I really hate the "greasy" super wet look with some products...I like how it makes it look clean and shiny but not "wet"...like you just wiped baby oil all over your interior yuck!

I haven't tried saddlesoap either but have heard nothing but good from people who use it-
'I' have used very few products on my vinyl, because from the moment I came across Malco's "leather" conditioner, I've been hooked! Lol that leather in the bottle remark above also holds true with Maalco!! It's like they turned the skin into a liquid and smells SUPER sexy; nothing but compliments from the females! Unlike an air freshner just a rich smell that keeps factory leather (vinyl) soft!
