I've had great results with the Turtle Wax brand ICE. The paste polish though not that liquid crap.
For Rims. Mothers powerball mini and mothers aluminium polish (if aluminum rims of course). I just recently found out how great a job it does. Took the rims off one at a time and took them inside as to not sweat so much. I tell ya, they look a hell of a lot better now than they used to.
Here are some blurry before/after/during pics.

You can also use the powerball with the Mothers carnuba cleaner wax to get rid of oxidation on the third brake light.

Out of the whole Zano collection which is the best? z5? And is it a liquid or a wax? And I read about the Mother's aluminium. I def want to try it on my ws6 rims.

I like to use Meguiars due to its price and availibility at local auto stores.
