after washing my NBM camaro it always looks sharp until a few days later or a little water hits the car. it seems like my car attracts everything while other cars seem to still be clean... do i need to change the wax i use or what?

I'm not sure. If you're getting water drops on the car and it sits out in the sun, be prepared for the spots to etch in and require a clay bar or mild abrasive to remove. What wax are you currently using?
