Go to your local harware store and buy some Steel Wool #0000
You can use a glass cleaner as lubricant and buff over the water spots. That should do it...

We used to use vinegar on our boats windshield when it had water spots because nothig else would take them out works well on water spots on paint to...be sure to follow with a glass cleaner tho because it can be really streaky

Ok ... found a cure. I live in the state of Florida and if you have full coverage insurance it will cover your front windshield so i just had a new one put in today for free ...sweeet. but my other one was tinted so i have to do some smooth talking to get someone to tint the front again
