Repolished wheels
I recently had my aluminum wheels repolished. The wheels came with some type of clear coat on them (stock, 2000, WS6, 17x9). This coat was all tore up from years of use and abuse. Now that the wheels are repolished and no longer have a clear coat, what do you recommend for care and maintenance? Keep in mind I live in the desert with low humidity.

sorry luos, i have to disagree on the quality of the powerball. mine lasted only a few months with not very frequent use. i bought the complete aluminum polishing kit from harbor frieght (also available through eastwood) for $22. . . bout the same price as the one powerball (or mini) for many more goblet sizes:
also cant really tell the different between mothers billet and normal mothers metal polish. this might me due to my cheap wheels tho (eagle).
One tip i have for you, op, would be a good (can be quick to) wetsanding with 2000 or 1500 grit paper before a polishing. This really brings out a deep shine

without clear coat on there you gotta stay on top of the wax . that white haze that appears is a bitch to remove. the power ball works well but id have them cleared again or chrome dipped. thats just me.
