polishing headers
Has anyone polished there headers? I go to night class and my headers are just sitting here, nothing else to do so i thought id give em a nice polishing. There Kooks SS. I was guna use some mothers mag polish, any negative effects of this?

00 TA PWTR, 98 VertTA NBM- 80 TA BLK, 80 Formula NBM
i would think you would be fine using mothers. . . you may check out some of the polishing products on eastwoods website. they have stuff thats made for stainless and ceramic coatings.

Wouldn't you need to use several different grades of sandpaper and alot of elbow grease?

they came out pretty good with just 500 and some elbow grease. I dont want them to be reflectors, just wanted to buff em up a little bit.
