    2000 Trans Am

How do you keep your engine bay clean?

I have an arctic white Trans am and I have a hell of a time keeping under the hood clean, even the actual hood underneith collects a shit load of dirt. I had a guy powerwash it and armorall it but the dust just sticks to it. So I will never do that again. I want to power wash it myself but don't know the first thing about it...what products do you use, where do you spray and not spray?..any info would help~Chris

I spray down w/ P21s Total Auto Wash. Let it dwell, then agitate w/ a soft bristled brush. Rinse with low pressure water from the garden hose, then start the engine to help dry everything off.
Obviously you'll want to avoid an open air intakes or open electrical connectors, etc.
I top off using poorboys trim restorer on an applicator pad, or, if I'm feeling a little lazy, I'll use fade2black and spray it on
