Getting my PC7424xp, but what polish?

Hey guys, Im getting ready to order a PC 7424xp kit and i'm trying to decide between the mezerna kit that has an orange, white and grey pad, backing plate, along with the SIP and Nano,

    OR

Pinnacle XMT intermediate kit with orange, white and grey pads and backing plate

Menzerna is 279.99 and Pinnacle is 249.99 so money isn't the problem, I just want to get out my ridiculous swirls and micro scratches and bring my paint back to life. I want the best product for a beginner like me or at least your opinions on what I should start with.

If I get menzerna and do the two polishs that come with them, what do I follow up with? Im new to the PC 7424 but i'm sure i'll have no problem with it.

Thanks for all your help. PS. I did search for days, but could not find a clear answer to my direct question, so I apologize in advance if I annoy you with the same question.

    $7.49 at Wal-Mart.
    Meguiars Ultimate Compound.

Might be really surprised at the quality for the price.

Meg's makes a set of pads designed specifically for R/O machines called "Microfiber Dual Action" pads. Combined those with their D300 cut and D301 polish and you will have a better looking finish. Meguiar's Products - Detailed Image

I have the same porter cable kit. I prefer to use meguiars m105 and m205. They are there pro grade product for the orbital type machines like the porter cable. For glazing and waxing I will always use Adams products they are awesome. My steps are:

    wash
    Clay
    Wash
M105 with lake country orange pad.
M205 with lake country white pad
    Wash
Adams machine sealer/wax with lake country super soft finishing pad
Adams Americana carnauba wax applied by hand

Guys thanks for all your replies. I'm going to wait and see what deals are on amazon for blackfriday. Then make my decision. I like the idea of using the meg pro stuff. Does the 205 get out the micro marring that will come from the 105? Thanks

Yes. The 205 is a much finer polish. If you use the 105 you must follow with the 205. But if your paint isnt that bad you can just start with the 205

The paint is in great condition. Nice deep wet red with a layer of carnuba, however i have those damn swirls and small micro scratches that go in different directions everywhere. A light swirl cut polish would prolly clean it right up. I deff dont need anything heavy.

Consider using M105 on a light polishing pad. This will make the polishing pad cut more swirls, but not leave micro marring like an orange cutting pad would.

I'd skip the Porter Cable if it's not too late and get a Flex 3401 instead. I have both and haven't used the PC in years since getting the Flex. As for polishes, I have Pinnacle and Menzerna polishes as well. Both work great imo with a slight edge going to the Menzerna.
