    Fibergass interior?

Well, right now I'm in an autobody class and we're doing a lot of body filler work. I know I'll be doing a fiberglass hood for my camaro in the class for a project/grade but that won't last long enough so instead of having to take a test fender and beat it up and repair it for another grade I figured I'd just make some fiberglass interior. I was thinking the whole front vinyl actually. The only problem is, I've never taken it off before and don't know if it has to bend in order to get back in. I was wanting to make a mold of it piece by piece and then make fiberglass parts for it, and instead of using vinyl I'll put a very thin layer of body filler and paint it some color. The only thing I'm afraid of is...would it crack the body filler when it's put back in? I've seen it done on some cars, but not really on a camaro. I'm afraid that there will be to much pressure on bending it to put the pieces back in that it will simply crack the body filler/paint or even the fiberglass.

Fill in the rear finish panel that says camaro and make it smooth instead.

You could always cut it into sections and fabricate new mounting braces.

lol...I hope you're not saying what I think you're saying.

Anyways, I don't think I'll need to put any body filler on it now. I think I can just put an extra thin layer of fiberglass and then sand it down real smooth and a few layers of primer will have it ready for the paint.
