    claybar windshield? good idea?

    i know claybar will take out all the crap in our clear coat on the paint but our windshields get the same treatment on the highway and around town..so would it hurt to claybar the windshield/ windows? pro-s/cons?

    ive done it before. it makes the glass really clean. dont know if it is ok to do or not but i havent had any problems. just keep wet like normal.

    waste of time imo, it wont do much better than using a good glass cleaner - i tried it once and it took a long time, made a mess and didn't really do anything.

    i use it on mine, but I'm removing paint overspray from my work that they say doesnt escape from the vent system. LOL I have done this on my truck many times and I haven't seen any adverse affects yet.
